My career in law began in 2002 with David Orchard, where I discovered my interest and passion - property, land, homes, and the people who own them. I have continued to build on that foundation through my work at Bamford Law, and now with Grant Pearson at LegalFocus, based at our Monaco offices.
Before entering the legal profession, I completed a Master’s degree in English and spent many years living and working in Europe. I began as an editor of technical publications for the Ministry of Defence, then taught at the German Air Force Academy and the German Diplomatic School, and later moved into commercial project management. I was formally trained by the Federal Government to teach experts - a role that required a deep respect for others and their knowledge in fields unfamiliar to me. That experience continues to shape my work today and underpins the respect I hold for my clients and their individual circumstances.
There is something wonderful in achieving results for clients - with close attention to detail and a clear focus on the overall goal- whether that is securing a property or completing a business deal. Legal matters often arise during significant moments in life - buying a first home, facing serious illness, or adapting to changes in family circumstances.
I genuinely care about my clients and take pride in supporting them through these important times with clarity, commitment, and compassion.
